Electrical Estimator Fantastic opportunity from an £££ earning potential perspective this Company is a well established multi sector M&E Contractor based in Gillingham, Kent who operate in Commercial, Education, Healthcare, Aviation and Workspace. CAN YOU GUESS WHO IT IS??? Electrical Estimator Responsibilities Review project documentation and verify against the Drawing Register. Perform take-offs and assess project complexity, identifying potential risks. Analyse specifications and project documentation. Send enquiries to specialists and issue RFIs as required. Input data into estimating software. Prepare tender letters and summaries for submission. Lead pre-bid meetings with management. Participate in pre-, mid-, and post-tender meetings. Conduct Value Engineering analysis on tenders when necessary. Attend site visits during tender stages. Ensure smooth handover of secured projects to the Contracts Manager. Evaluate subcontractor quotations for accuracy and compliance. Occasionally assist with large project variations. Electrical Estimator Requirements: Minimum 3 years' experience in estimating. Familiarity with estimating software (desirable, but not essential). Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel. Experience with New Housebuilding projects (desirable, but not essential). Electrical Estimator Package & Benefits: Salary: Basic to Circa £60k plus OTE £90k (Top performers earning more) Car allowance Holidays: 22 days, increasing by 1 day annually (up to 30 days), plus Bank Holidays.
