They are seeking an experienced People and Culture Manager to play a pivotal role at the heart of their business. The role will give the successful candidate an opportunity to create a Head of HR role.
This role will be mainly office based with one day working from home as the role forms the heart of the business so visibility is key.
The role is a blend of strategic leadership and hands-on operational support, with a key focus on learning and development. You will spearhead initiatives around succession planning and career development within a dynamic Academy-style framework. Additionally, you will have management responsibility for an HR Assistant, helping to shape and mentor the next generation of HR talent.
As the People and Culture Manager, you will be a trusted advisor to the Executive team, driving all people-related processes and ensuring the organisation has the right talent, policies, and systems to support sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute the HR strategy aligned with business objectives
* Manage the full employee lifecycle
* Provide hands-on HR support and coaching to managers to enhance people management skills
* Cultivate a positive organisational culture, fostering employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention through innovative programmes and initiatives
* Ensure compliance with employment law
* Lead project work focused on learning and development and career development initiatives
Ideal Candidate:
* Solid experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR professional, ideally in a fast-paced, creative industry
* Experience of working alongside the Senior Leadership team including MD, CEO etc is essential
* Strong strategic and operational expertise in all areas of people management
* Experience in Learning and Development, with a focus on career progression and succession planning
* Proven success in driving cultural change and improving employee engagement
* Line management experience
