About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated Bid Manager to support our growing team at Harlow Solutions. This role will be based in the North East of England, with remote working considered with regular travel to our offices. As a Bid Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the entire bid process from qualification through to submission.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the bid process, ensuring timely delivery of all required documents.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and facilitate bid kick-off meetings.
* Draft and coordinate bid documentation, ensuring proposals meet client requirements and are of the highest quality.
* Develop bid strategies in alignment with business objectives and manage associated risks.
* Engage with clients during the bidding process to clarify requirements and gather feedback.
What You'll Bring:
* Proven experience as a Bid Manager or in a similar role with a successful track record in winning bids across various sectors.
* Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple bids simultaneously.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
* Leadership capabilities to inspire and motivate bid team members and cross-functional teams.
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and bid management software preferred.
