Contract Assurance Auditor
Work objectives and responsibilities
* Informing the various areas and departments of the company about planned audits
* Cooperation with the DIO on joint audits
Main Duties
* Review of work orders at all locations with regard to quality assurance
* Carrying out the audits of the asset files
* Identification of risks and opportunities to expand the service portfolio and the development of corresponding action plans
* Actively taking the initiative in cooperation with the local service teams
* Implementation of the audit programmes within the required time frame
* Ensuring appropriate scopes of the audits
* Responsibility for the preparation of audit reports
* Ensure that all observations and identified non-conformities are discussed and appropriate action is taken
* Ensuring that the measures taken as a result of the audits are implemented within the agreed timeframe
* Preparation of monthly reports on the following topics:
o Details of the areas or processes that were audited
o List of evidence seen and collected
o List of non-conformances
o Proposals for remedial measures, action plans and programmes
o Details of the audits as part of the follow-up
• Recommendations for preventive measures and suggestions for improvement
What we are looking for
Essential requirements:
* Expertise and professional competence
* Very good technical understanding
* Very good IT skills (especially Microsoft Office and IFS)
* Proactive, conscientious and independent way of working
* Task-related flexibility
* High customer orientation and service-orientated way of working
* Very good knowledge of German and English
Professional qualifications:
* Successfully completed vocational training in the commercial sector or acquisition of a comparable qualification
* Proof of at least 3 years of professional experience in a similar position in a comparable environment (preferably industrial and residential construction)
* ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor (desirable)
* Professional experience in an industry with high customer service requirements
Other:
* Willingness to travel / mobility
* Valid security check
* Valid driving licence
