Rate of Pay: £19.59 - £25.96 per hour Responsibilities: Ensure that any commissioned packages are cost effective, innovative, using strength-based practice values and focussed on recovery To carry out duties and responsibilities in accordance with the Councils Health and Safety Policy and relevant Health and Safety legislation Deliver strengths based quality conversations, signposting and early intervention and prevention which enable our residents to lead healthy independent lives outside of formal adult social care wherever possible To undertake duties as directly by Service Lead or any other senior as directed and as service demands. Following requisite training, to assess for specialist equipment and minor adaptations as required and order same through appropriate means.
