I am a young girl living in Swansea, I have ASD, Autism and Pica this means that I like to eat things including toothpaste and toilet roll. I would need to be supervised at all times. I love to play on my iPad, I love cartoons as I think they are funny, and you tube is cool. My favourite thing to eat is ham and cheese toasties. I am looking for a female PA to take me out, my favourite thing to do is swimming. I am also good with words and enjoy reading, alongside my arts and craft skills I enjoy colouring. I would also like to choose the activity that I would like to do.

Hours of work
4 hours x 39 weeks plus 15 miles (Weekends preferred morning or afternoon)
8 hours x 13 weeks (school holidays) plus 30 miles (Weekdays preferred morning or afternoon)
Rate of pay: £12.00
Tasks involved:
• Accompany me swimming supervising me at all times.
• Accompany me to do my chosen activity.

Concerning the position
You will be formally employed by the Direct Payment Client which requires a National Insurance number to be submitted. A trial period will be necessary in the first instance in the form of a six-month probationary period. Salary will be paid monthly (Annual leave is calculated on a pro rata basis). A DBS MUST be processed prior to any commencement of employment. Costs of DBS will be met by Swansea council where applicant is eligible.
