Key Responsibilities:
Answering customer queries via phone, email & live chat
Complaint handling
Processing orders & returns
Providing technical support
Raising engineer visits
Liaising with field engineers
The ideal candidate will be friendly and personable, have good attention to detail, takes pride in completing work to a high standard and reliable with excellent time-keeping
