Working hours: 40 hours a week, may be required to undertake out of normal business hours audit sand checks in line with CQC Registration. May be required to cover out of hours shifts responding to the needs of the service.

About you
We are looking for people who share our core values and are able to apply these to the work that they do.
You will have at least 3 years’ experience in a senior care management role at Registered Manager or similar level.
The successful applicant will hold a minimum NVQ Level 3 in Adult Health and Social Care.
Having excellent interpersonal skills is necessary and the ability to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for a large multi-disciplinary staff team.
In addition, you will need to be able to evidence that you can provide inspiring, motivational, clear, and supportive leadership.
Ideal candidates will have experience in commissioning into new services.
