Are you passionate about shaping brand strategies and driving success in a dynamic, high-energy environment? IQVIA is seeking an enthusiastic and results-focused Assistant Brand Manager to lead our client’s Enteral Nutrition and Oral Nutritional Supplements (ONS) platform. You will be responsible for defining brand strategy and developing long-term plans aligned with our company vision, ensuring these brands thrive and grow within the organisation.
This is a hybrid role, with 1-2 days in the Crawley office.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support the Senior Brand Manager in executing the brand plan, including digital activities and Sales Force plans.
2. Contribute to the definition and management of long-term local brand ambitions, objectives, and strategies, playing a key role in shaping the wider strategy.
3. Manage the yearly brand planning process, ensuring alignment with European and Global plans where relevant. Work with the SBM to present these plans to internal stakeholders and the Sales Force.
4. Maintain a good understanding of brand P&L and the impact of the Brand Plan on the wider organisation’s finances.
5. Keep a close watch on industry and competitor activities, as well as brand performance, to adapt plans in a constantly changing, competitive Medical Nutrition environment.
6. Deliver best-in-class New Product Development launch plans across the portfolio, ensuring maximum launch impact and ongoing support to meet key KPIs/targets.
7. Develop a comprehensive understanding of the UK Medical Nutrition environment, including media, competition, and Healthcare Professional behaviour, to identify marketing issues and opportunities.
8. Support the administration and governance of the brand, including regulatory compliance, budget management, project management, and Sales Force materials.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
9. Leadership experience with wide cross-functional teams.
10. Experience in Nutrition.
11. Proven ability to influence at senior levels within an organisation.
12. Strong presentation and influencing skills, targeting a diverse audience including agencies, customers, and internal stakeholders.
13. Self-starting capability with the ability to manage sizable projects and workstreams with limited hands-on support.
