About the role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our Market Access team as Global Market Access Senior Manager - Biologics, in which you will be playing a key role in supporting the execution of the pricing and market access strategy and optimising sales of our biologics product portfolio.
Reporting to the VP Global Market Access, you will leverage your deep knowledge and understanding of pricing and reimbursement systems, driving impactful outcomes and innovative solutions.
You will support the design, development and implementation activities that enable Pharmanovia to secure optimal reimbursement and realise the maximum commercial potential of current and future Pharmanovia products.
Your actions will enhance the effectiveness of the sales and marketing teams and further develop the reputation of Pharmanovia as an agile and imaginative specialty pharma business that brings high value products to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Along with VP Global Market Access, execute on the market access strategy for company biologic products.
2. Support pricing & reimbursement for all key Pharmanovia products, ensuring timely price and reimbursement submissions.
3. Work cross-functionally with global medical and commercial functions to support the development of value propositions and messages tailored to multiple stakeholders including payers, clinicians, pharmacists, and policy makers.
4. Project support for national HTA submissions and pricing strategies.
5. Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, Supply Chain, Finance and Business Development.
6. Maintain strong compliance with all relevant internal policies, compliance, and legal requirements.
About you:
Candidates with a solid commercial pharmaceutical background, with at least five years of above-country level market access experience, ideally within biologics, are likely to have the skills required to be successful in this role. We are also looking for:
1. Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a business discipline.
2. In-depth understanding of payers and their value drivers at above-country level.
3. Strong understanding and knowledge of pricing & reimbursement environment in healthcare and pharma.
4. Experience with clinical data gap analysis and development of GVD as well as Health Economic insight and experience.
5. Experience of reimbursement dossier submission and stakeholder management.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to develop important relationships with key stakeholders.
7. Strategic thinking and data analytic skills.
8. Proactive and result-oriented.
9. Strong communication, interpersonal and cross functional teamwork skills.
