Salary: £25,000 per annum (pro rata £13,793.10 per annum, for 20 hours per week). Full time equivalent hours 36.25 hours per week.
Contract: Part Time, Permanent
Hours: Monday - Friday 9.30am-1.30pm (20 hours per week) with some flexibility.

HR Specialist - The Role:
Reporting to Human Resources Advisor and working within our small, but busy, HR Department, you will provide administrative support for the group divisions.
Duties will include absence management, record maintenance, assisting with recruitment and selection activities, collating monthly payroll data and the preparation of confidential correspondence.
It is a given that you will act with integrity and adhere to the confidentiality and data protection requirements of the department.
HR Specialist - Preferred Skills / Knowledge / Qualifications / Experience:
The ideal candidate will already be a professional HR administrator with experience in a similar role, who is accurate with data entry, pays attention to the detail and is able to communicate confidently with people at all levels.
Must have at least 1 year's HR administration experience in a similar role and ideally hold, or be working towards, an HR qualification such as the CIPD level 3 Foundation Certificate in People Practice.
Have an understanding of HR procedures and legislation.
Be well organised with the ability to meet deadlines, anticipate what needs doing and plan ahead.
Be helpful and approachable with the ability to support, communicate confidently and engage with people at all levels and gain trust.
Have the ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection requirements at all times.
Able to pay attention to detail, be accurate with data entry and produce work of the highest standards. You should also have a can do' attitude and strive to provide the highest standards of customer service.
Proficient IT skills to include Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
Must have GCSE English and Maths at grade C or above (or equivalent).
