The Role We're looking for a Credit Controller to maximise cash collections and ensure timely collection of all assigned invoicing within contractual terms. Working closely with internal stakeholders to facilitate timely collection, you will provide support needed for day to day enquiries. What You'll Be Doing Timely collection of all assigned invoicing within payment terms Timely resolution of all disputed invoicing. Work closely with sales and the Baroda team to ensure timely resolution Monitor debtors and actively work to reduce delinquency, ensuring prompt action is taken for non-payment and overdue debts Regular Ledger reviews with the Credit Manager, escalating any debt queries where required Deliver against agreed Targets Provide support with credit control reporting and administration Provide future cash collection expectations for inclusion in the cashflow forecast Provide support to sales operations as required to assist with day to day enquiries, following up outstanding PO’s, liaising with sales, ad hoc projects etc Assist Baroda team as necessary so cash receipt posting is accurate and timely Assist Credit Manager with identifying Bad Debt Provision About You Minimum of 2 year’s collection experience within an international, B2B organisation Good organisational and time management skills Proficient with Microsoft packages including Excel Ability to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail Ability to develop effective working relationships with stakeholders both internal and external Strong interpersonal and communication skills, engaging personality, can-do attitude and with proven experience of producing results and problem solving Why IDX?
