The Role
As the Service Desk Lead, you will:
* Lead and mentor IT support staff, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment.
* Manage and improve service desk operations, ensuring prompt resolution of technical issues and exceptional service delivery.
* Oversee user support, including onboarding, offboarding, and device management.
* Manage IT assets and vendor relationships, ensuring systems meet business needs.
* Collaborate with teams across the organisation to align IT support with wider business goals.
This is a hybrid role with a mix of office-based and remote working, with an expectation of four days a week in the office. Occasional travel to international offices may be required.
