Project Architect Position Remuneration
1. Competitive salary £38,000 - £45,000 DOE

Project Architect Position Overview
10. Delivery of architectural projects through all work / RIBA stages
11. Lead a design team at times
12. Work on an exciting range of conservation / historic buildings
13. Working primarily at RIBA stages 3,4,5
14. Submission of planning / building regs
15. Help with and coordinate the design and production of comprehensive design information
16. Prepare and produce plans and documents for statutory approvals
17. Participate in team meetings
Project Architect Position Requirements
18. ARB or RIBA Qualified Architect with 2 + years' experience within the UK
19. Excellent design and drawing skills
20. Experience or enthusiasm working with historic buildings
21. Proven experience working on all RIBA stages
22. Have ability to manage day-to-day project running independently
23. Have the ability to work successfully within a team
24. Personable, confident and with a strong sense of team spirit
25. Competent in technical detailing
26. Knowledge of Passivhaus advantageous
27. Proficient using AutoCAD, knowledge of Revit and NBS (Chorus) would also be desirable
