Contract type: Fixed Term (12 months)
Salary: Grade 3, £21,652 - £23,272. Appointments for this role will generally be made at £22,731, depending on skills and experience. Please note, for internal applicants the salary will be reflected by pay and award policy
Working arrangements: Standard working hours between 9am – 5pm, Monday to Friday. Hybrid working, with a minimum of 6 days per month in the office
The Royal College of Physicians is recruiting a membership administrator who will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day smooth running of membership subscription processes.
Purpose and scope
Key responsibilities
1. Acting as a first point of contact for member enquiries both over the phone and via email, working with the team to manage the membership inbox.
2. Processing membership applications, renewals, status changes and cancellations on CRM.
3. Using CRM to update member details and perform basic query searches.
4. Processing membership payments via credit/debit card and Direct Debit.
5. Assist in the processing of monthly Direct Debit collections.
6. Produce reports and data for analysis by senior management and other stakeholders.
