Our team
Eversheds Sutherland’s Employment Law team is one of the largest in the world. With more than 100 Employment lawyers and more recognised experts in the UK than any other firm, we have the expertise and resources to deal with matters of any size and complexity.
Role and key responsibilities
We are looking to expand the team and have an opportunity for a lawyer with 4 - 8 PQE who would be interested in being part of an energetic team of specialist Employment solicitors.
* Manage complex projects and employment cases across various sectors.
* Supervise junior members of the team as appropriate.
* Deliver excellent client care, including advising on high-profile cases.
Skills and experience
* Strong organisation skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work independently with little supervision.
* Experience of working in a national team of lawyers.
* Experience of managing international stakeholders and supplier relationships.
* Responsive to change and can innovate to accommodate clients’ needs.
* Training skills with design and delivery of training material.
* Excellent IT Skills to deliver innovative advice solutions.
* Commitment to delivering quality service and handling a heavy workload.
