We’re looking for a Digital Project Coordinator to be the glue between our designers, clients, and projects. This is a unique opportunity to work closely with our Founder & MD, Daniel, in shaping the future of our business.
Role Overview
As a Digital Project Coordinator, you’ll oversee a team of 3-4 remote designers, ensuring that 10+ projects per month are delivered smoothly. You'll be responsible for client onboarding, project setup, and ensuring successful launches.
You’ll be managing everything through ClickUp, so strong project management and organisational skills are essential. While the role is based in Lymm, Cheshire, you’ll have flexibility in working hours and will need to accommodate some clients across different time zones.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage a team of 3-4 remote designers, ensuring timely and high-quality project delivery.
2. Oversee 10+ projects per month, setting up workflows in ClickUp.
3. Ensure clients are onboarded smoothly, projects are properly briefed, and deliverables meet expectations.
4. Monitor project timelines and client communications.
5. Successfully launch projects and ensure everything is live and running smoothly.
6. Provide direct support to the Founder & MD, assisting with administrative tasks and attending industry events when needed.
7. Liaise with clients, keeping them informed and maintaining excellent relationships.
8. Maintain structured processes while working in a fast-paced startup environment.
9. Work a minimum of 2-3 days per week from our office in Lymm, Cheshire.
10. Be available for varying hours to accommodate international clients.
