This is a well-renowned company that has been trading for over 30 years and is currently on the hunt for a 2nd Line Support Engineer to join their growing team.

Responsibilities:
1. Act as an escalation point on tickets and issues to the 1st line support desk.
2. Assist with technical solution design.
3. Plan and implement customer projects.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
5. Maintain documentation via the ticketing system and share knowledge with colleagues.
Experience Required:
1. Networking Experience - Routing/Switching/Firewalls - Diagnosing Faults.
2. Windows Server Experience.
3. IT Support Experience.
Salary: £28,000 - £33,000 Based on Experience.
This role is based 5 days a week on site in Wimborne.
