Reporting to the Associate Director, we are looking to recruit a Customer Engagement Co-Ordinator on a permanent basis.
More about your role
You will be responsible for ensuring that the client properties are let and maintained to a high standard. Liaising with customers, clients and developers you will be responsible for creating and developing a sense of community.
On a daily basis, you will be responsible for arranging and conducting customer move ins and outs within the region. As well as leading and submitting the inventory you will identify dilapidations.
At Places for People, we are committed so a safe working environment, so a basic DBS check is mandatory.
More about you
The ideal candidate will have experience within Property Management. Experience with Microsoft packages such as Word, Teams, Outlook and Excel are advantageous. Communication skills as well as stakeholder engagement are essential.
