Main duties of the job
The Care Home Deputy Manager will be responsible for providing ongoing inspirational leadership and management to the staff team, ensuring medication policies and procedures are adhered to, monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, and completing monthly audits and quality indicator reports. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years' experience working in a similar care environment, in a management position, and possess excellent leadership and management skills, as well as competency in using IT systems.

* Completing monthly audits, quality indicator report and any other report as required.
* Attending weekly clinical meetings and monitor clinical risk areas in the home.
