Marketplace Executive - 12 Month Fixed Term Contract

We have an exciting opportunity for a Marketplace Executive to join our team on a 12 month Fixed Term Contract working 30 hours a week (Monday – Friday 6 hours per day).
As a Marketplace Executive you will be looking at helping to develop the Nisbets Clearance channel through eBay whilst supporting the team with the other Marketplaces (i.e. Amazon & Mercateo). This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in customer service with order management and ideally stakeholder management to get an insight in driving sales in a different way.
The ideal person for this role will enjoy working with data, to analyse the data and provide information around it to help performance standards and ensure targets are on track to be achieved. They will be confident in delivering great customer service and must also be confident in dealing with customers in writing generally over email and message.
We are able to offer Hybrid working on a basis of 3 days in our Avonmouth office and 2 days at home (after a period of training).
Key Accountabilities
* Manages the ‘day to day’ tasks such as: new product listings, overseeing orders and customer service
* Accountable for ensuring that all product data and pricing is correctly represented within this channel
* Delivers the expected level of customer experience and strives for the highest performance standards (feedback ratings, low defect rates, seller ratings)
* Analyses and interprets performance data, shares insights and recommendations with Manager to assist with achieving the agreed KPI targets
* Manages key stakeholder relationships within the business.
* Supports the team when needed by placing and amending Amazon/Mercateo orders
