Location: Ancoats, Manchester City Centre (office based)
Salary: £70,000 + £5,000 car allowance + LTIP + private medical + bonus potential

We are currently representing a high-growth client in the market as they look for a new Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager to join their team. They are a fashion/ clothing group with multiple clothing brands and e-commerce sites/ retail stores.

The Role:
As Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager, you will have full responsibility for the ecommerce and digital strategy across multiple brands. This is a hands-on role where all work is managed in-house, so broad expertise across ecommerce operations and digital marketing is essential.
Key responsibilities include:
1. Ecommerce strategy - overseeing and optimising Shopify-powered websites, ensuring best-in-class user experience (UX), conversion rate optimisation (CRO), and site performance
2. Digital marketing - developing and executing multi-channel strategies across SEO, PPC, paid social, CRM, and email marketing
3. Team leadership - managing and mentoring an in-house team of six specialists, fostering a high-performance culture
4. Multi-brand management - running strategies for multiple brands, tailoring approaches to different audiences and product categories
5. Data & performance - analysing performance metrics, refining digital campaigns, and driving continuous improvements in conversion rates and return on ad spend (ROAS)
6. Full funnel ownership - managing the entire customer journey, from acquisition to retention, ensuring a seamless and engaging digital experience
Experience needed:
1. A proven background in ecommerce and digital marketing, with experience managing multiple brands simultaneously
2. Strong expertise in Shopify and ecommerce best practices
3. Hands-on experience in performance marketing, including PPC, paid social, SEO, and email marketing
4. A confident leader with experience managing and developing an in-house team
5. Strategic and data-driven, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
