Job Description
The iTrent Systems Administrator key responsibilities are to;
3. Work within the HR Systems Team supporting the implementation ofiTrent including but not limited to:UAT and parallel run support for end usersTroubleshooting issues to resolutionMinor configuration setup (security profiles, workflow changes etc)
4. Reviewing and preparing data extracts for data migration
5. Support the design, development and implementation of new processes and associated workflows
6. Support the design and development of training materials and delivery of training to end users
The Successful Applicant
The successful iTrent Systems Administrator will have;
7. Recent work experience of using iTrent, preferably gained during a recent implementation project
8. Demonstrable experience in providing system administration support and development
9. High attention to detail
10. Good interpersonal and communication skills
11. Confident in the use of Microsoft Excel to prepare and analyse date extracts
