The Role This is a visitor focused role where you will be providing a high quality and responsive service for our visitors, ensuring access to our collections, information and programmes. Working as part of a team you will actively engage with our visitors helping them with their enquiries, supporting their IT needs and playing an active role in the delivery of our events programme. Candidates need to have a desire to engage with visitors and deliver services to the agreed standards. Good communication and IT skills are needed as you will interact helping them with enquiries.
