This role involves working across Key Stage 1 (KS1) and Key Stage 2 (KS2), providing essential support to teachers and students alike. What You’ll Be Doing: Assisting in the planning and delivery of engaging and effective lessons. Providing one-to-one and small group support to pupils to enhance learning. Helping to manage and support children with challenging behaviour in a positive and constructive way. Supporting students with Special Educational Needs (SEN), tailoring your approach to their individual needs. Encouraging a positive and inclusive classroom environment where every child feels valued. Collaborating with teachers and other staff to ensure the best outcomes for pupils. Who We’re Looking For: Someone with previous experience in a school setting, ideally within primary education. A confident and compassionate individual who can manage behaviour effectively. A patient, proactive, and caring approach to working with children.
