Job Summary:
The Network Distribution Specialist will play a pivotal role in ensuring the efficient design, construction, operation, and maintenance of compliant and safe gas and electricity distribution networks. This position requires a strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and legislative requirements. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing asset-related matters, ensuring compliance with safety, operational, and technical requirements.

Salary and Benefits:
We are offering a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Ensuring compliance with ESP's internal design and construction policies and standards
• Managing supply and service contracts and oversight of any outsourced works
• Conducting technical and safety audits/inspections pre and post-construction for all assets, including ESP's suppliers
• Providing data, information, and reports through audit, inspection, and review to enable Asset Management System objectives to be met
Requirements:
We are seeking a highly motivated individual with several years of experience in the gas/electric distribution business. You should possess a strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, specifications, and legislative requirements. A recognised H&S qualification such as IOSH or NEBOSH would be desirable for this role. Authorised SAP would also be beneficial. Skilled in establishing and managing relationships with customers and stakeholders, you must be able to influence customer behaviours and outcomes. Knowledge of the New Roads and Street Works Act 1991 (NRSWA) and the monitoring of customers using the ESPUG electronic noticing system is essential.
