Excellent opportunity to join a service solutions business as a Service Coordinator.
You will be the main point of contact for the field-based engineers and will carry out the following:
1. Main point of contact for customers
2. Work within the scheduling team allocating work for the engineers
3. Escalate any complaints from customers
4. Log reactive calls
5. Monitor engineers' attendance alongside SLA
We are looking for someone who:
1. Has experience scheduling work for engineers or helpdesk administration
2. Possesses good geographical knowledge
3. Has strong administration and customer service skills
4. MUST drive due to office location
