We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President II, to join our Middle Office, Account Onboarding team. This role is located in Manchester, UK and will be working in a hybrid capacity. (3 days a week in the office).
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
1. Independently onboards clients into the system, drive and execute internal testing, execute client joint testing, and handles conversions to the system. Serve as an advisor to clients as they onboard/transition/convert to/from organization products and solutions.
2. Responsible for overall success of large,plex transitions/conversions, ensuring client satisfaction through the monitoring of project quality and efficiency as well as the direct client experience. Provides consultative support ofplex situations for internal and external clients.
3. Provides leadership and rmendations for onsite client support and onboarding.
4. Leads project management activities for the onboarding/transition/conversion such as reporting, planning, issue / risk tracking, scheduling, effort estimation and day-to-day tracking, and other project documentation preparation. Identifies significant gaps or quality issues in transition processes and makes rmendations for improvement.
5. Leads largeplex conversion activities related to a mix ofplex institutional client relationships requiring the in-depth understanding of custody and accounting processing an accurate conversion of data on Middle Office systems in order to provide daily, weekly, or monthly valuation clients. Reviews control reports to effectively mitigate risks and resolve problems that arise during the conversion process.
6. Possible direct reports; acts as a Team Lead and provides guidance to less experienced colleagues. Allocates work to and monitors the work quality of others assigned to the client. Leads process improvements based on post-mortem transition analysis. May have people management responsibilities in some geographies.
7. Responsible for largeplex, mature and/or global clients or moreplex platforms; contributes to the achievement of team and area objectives.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
8. Bachelor's degree or the equivalentbination of education and experience is required. Advanced/graduate degree preferred.
9. Experience in securities, financial services or client-facing or project management roles preferred.
10. Applicable local/regional licenses or certifications as required by the business.
