Description Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Supervisor Hours: 37 Hours per week Salary: £38,626 to £43,693 We are currently recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join our Operations Team w orking within the parks and open spaces section of the Council and reporting to the Public Spaces Operations Officer. The role includes setting out work programmes and supervising a team of 23 operatives, ensuring Health and Safety and safe working procedures are in place and responsibility for ensuring vehicles and equipment are regularly maintained. The successful candidate will also undertake general grounds maintenance tasks throughout the borough. The service has a significant contribution to make in achieving the Council’s priorities of making Gosport a cleaner and greener place to live and in providing great facilities for play, sports and leisure.
