The role
As a Barista Maestro (Team Leader), you’ll be the face of Costa Coffee, responsible for delivering excellent customer service and leading the team in the absence of the Store Manager and Assistant Manager. Prior experience is desirable but not essential; we provide excellent on-the-job training covering customer service, operational standards, and health and safety procedures.
Your daily tasks will include crafting Costa Coffee beverages, serving customers with a smile, and ensuring the store maintains high standards of health, safety, and cleanliness. You will also support stock replenishment, deliveries, and assist your Store Manager.
