Shift: Swing shift alternates one week 7 am3 pmand the next week 3 pm11 pm

Whilereporting to the Plant Engineer or Maintenance Supervisor as theIndustrial Maintenance Reliability Technician/Electro Mechanic youwill be responsible for performing maintenance tasks specificallyproactive tasks necessary to provide high quality efficient timelyshipment of Client products. Safety quality productivity and strongwork ethic are important to the Client culture.
What Youll Be Doing:
* Installing and maintaining auxiliary equipmentas required by production.
* Maintaining andrepairing utility and facilityrelated equipment as directed by thePlant Engineer.
* Assisting/training othermaintenance personnel with repairs PMs and rebuilds.
* Collaborating closely with other departments and teamsfor proactive problem resolutions.
* Maintaininga safe clean and organized work area.
* Managingsmall projects to maintain or upgrade equipment.
* Performing all duties in support of Clients quality andsafety policies.
JobResponsibilities include but are not limitedto:
* Understands andfollows safety policies and procedures. Performs all tasks safelyand does not take risks as it pertains to safety. Leads byexample.
* Identifies safety risks and works toreduce risks in behavior equipment and processes.
* Creates documents and performs strongPreventive/Predictive maintenance tasks/procedures to eliminateequipment breakdown failures.
* Quickly andsafely troubleshoots equipment issues and implements optimumcorrective action. Communicates plan of action to prevent repeatissues and can assist in documenting new procedures.
* Communicates effectively with operations personnel toidentify and resolve abnormal or degraded equipment conditions thatcould negatively impact safety quality or productivity.
* Participates in proactive maintenance activities such asFMEAs RCCA (Root Cause Corrective Action) AnalyticalTroubleshooting (ATS).
* Documents work done insufficient detail in order to capture strong historical data forfuture analysis.
* Performs all tasks withexceptional housekeeping. Maintains strong housekeeping principlesin their own personal areas.
* Identifies andutilizes proper tools for each individual job. Identifies damagedtools and does not risk using them.
* Precisionwelding based on the required application.
* Skilled in shop tools: lathes drills milling machinesetc.
* Reads and understands mechanicalpneumatic hydraulic and electrical schematics.
* Technically skilled to maintain mechanical pneumatichydraulic piping electrical and robotic equipment. This includes astrong understanding of lubrication principles and ensuring theproper lubrication is applied to equipment.
* Technically skilled to troubleshoot mechanical pneumatichydraulic piping electrical and robotic equipment.
* Technically skilled to repair mechanical pneumatichydraulic piping electrical and robotic equipment.
