Are you a QTS Teacher in Primary, Secondary or SEN currently looking for a new role?
Or maybe you are an unqualified teacher with experience looking to gain QTS and would be keen to work in SEN or AP Schools?
Tradewind is working with a huge range of specialist learning facilities throughout Hertfordshire who are actively seeking new teaching staff from September and are keen to get their posts filled with quality teachers from a variety of backgrounds.
Some of the roles we are currently working on are:
SEMH School Hemel Hempstead 2 x SEN Teachers (1 FT and one 0.6)
AP School St Albans English Teacher
AP School Hatfield P.E Teacher
Autism School Radlett Primary and Secondary Teachers
AP School Hemel Hempstead Secondary Teacher
PMLD School Watford Primary and Secondary Teachers
SEMH School Stevenage Primary Teacher
AP School Hatfield DT Teacher
All of these roles are open to QTS and unqualified teachers with or without experience of working in SEN and AP settings. The schools are at various stages of their development and can all offer different but rewarding experiences for their staff.
These roles provide:
1. Full training from day so no previous SEN/AP experience required
2. Work/life balance that cannot be matched by working in mainstream settings
3. Long term and permanent roles
4. Opportunity for ECT's to start/complete induction
5. Payment on the main, upper or unqualified pay scale from day 1
The over riding criteria is that whoever joins these schools must have a huge a huge passion for SEN and/or Alternative Provision learning, so if this is already a passion of yours, or is an area you haven't wanted to get into then these roles are for you!
