We are a specialist company for supplying the latest equipment for the servicing and maintenance of heavy machinery used in construction, agriculture, marine, oil and gas, mining industry worldwide. Our services include all aspects of maintenance from complete workshop planning and design through to comprehensive product training.
We are looking to recruit a Sales Administrator Apprentice to support in a small and friendly company.
The Sales Administration Apprentice will support with all aspects of sales and will involve talking to people from all over the world.
The Sales Administrator Apprentice will be responsible for:
Making and receiving sales calls
Responding to email enquiries
Data input, quality control, data extracts, and reporting
General office administration
Being a point of contact for general CRM queries

Apprenticeship standards are aimed at developing skills within the Apprentice’s chosen career route, each standard has set knowledge, skills and behaviours required to be successful within the job role.
To become an apprentice, you must:
be 16 or over
not already be in full-time education
You can start an apprenticeship whether you’re starting your career, want a change or you're upskilling in your current job. You can have a previous qualification like a degree and still start an apprenticeship.
As an apprentice you’ll:
have regular one to one sessions with a dedicated trainer either remotely or through visits to your workplace

There will be a full-time permanent position offered to the suitable and successful candidate upon completion of the apprenticeship.
Skills required
• Excellent attention to detail
• Aptitude for sales
• Excellent customer service and telephone manner
• Computer literacy including use of MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Qualifications required
GCSEs in Maths and English or equivalent at grade 4/C are required
Photoshop knowledge/experience would be advantageous
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics CRM desired but not essential
Personal qualities
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Confident and humble
• A love for talking to people

Wage equates to £16,512-£18,432 per annum.

L3 Business Administrator Standard
Apprenticeship standards are aimed at developing skills within the Apprentice’s chosen career route, each standard has set knowledge, skills and behaviours required to be successful within the job role. This will include the completion of functional skills in Maths and English. Once the apprentice has completed a minimum of 12 months training and the employer and Inspiro regional trainer confirm they have met all the requirements of the standard they will be put through to end point assessment. The end point assessment is independent from the training and includes a variety of assessment methods which test the skills and knowledge of the apprentice to ensure they are fully competent in their role. Each Apprentice will be supported throughout the apprenticeship by a structured programme of teaching, e-learning, face to face training and workplace mentoring; this will encourage and help them to meet the requirements of the new standards and will prepare them for the end of point assessment.
