Are you a Senior Administrator looking for their next role? My client based in West Watford are looking for an administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis. The role is Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm, 37.5 hours a week however my client would consider this as a part time role of 30 hours a week. The hourly pay for this role is £14.50 per hour. My client is looking for an enthusiastic and versatile individual to join them and report directly to the Administration manager You would be assisting with some of the core tasks that would include but are not limited to: Scanning and sending emails - you will need great verbal and written skills and communication Data entry - very good attention to detail Good knowledge of word and excel Stock management Raising orders and matching documents. Answering calls and greeting visitors Training will be provided as part of the role. The ideal candidate will have a proven work history in an administration post, be able to work within tight deadlines, and work on their own initiative, They must have a high standard of literacy and numeracy as well as high-level understanding and working knowledge of computer systems.
