My client is recruiting for an Accounts Assistant to join them on a permanent basis as soon as possible. The company has been in business for over 25 years.
The ideal candidate will have all-round accounts experience and good customer service skills.
Key tasks:
1. Manage the inbound accounts mailbox
2. Forward invoices for approval
3. Process authorised payments
4. Handle petty cash receipts
5. Conduct payment runs
6. Book out deliveries to customers
7. Order processing
8. Provide reception cover
9. Chase customers for payment
Skills & experience:
1. Excellent verbal & written skills
2. Good organisational skills
3. Ability to prioritise & manage own workload
4. Team player
5. Proficiency in MS Office, Word & Excel
