Develop and implement strategic sourcing plans
CAPEX category management
Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers
Identify and manage risks within the supply chain
Establish strong relationships with suppliers and stakeholders
Ensure procurement activities align with company goals
Monitor supplier performance and implement improvement plans
Lead cross-functional project teams
Continuously seek opportunities to optimise the supply chainProfile
A successful Strategic Sourcing Manager should have:
CAPEX experience
Proven experience in a similar role
Strong negotiation and communication skills
Proficiency in procurement software and systems
Excellent project management skills
