What we’re looking for
A dynamic Senior Account Manager to lead impactful communication campaigns for a fast-paced retail client. This role focuses on employee engagement and aligns with the client’s 2025 strategic priorities.
Working closely with the client’s agency roster and internal teams, and guided by our Business Director and Head of Digital, you’ll manage end-to-end campaign delivery, ensuring outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute multi-channel communication campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences.
* Collaborate with creative and digital teams to deliver innovative solutions.
* Manage stakeholders across the client’s retail arm, ensuring their needs are met.
* Track campaign performance, providing actionable insights and regular updates.
* Maintain project budgets and timelines, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within scope.

About You
You have proven agency experience as a Senior or experienced Account Manager, working across B2C and B2B accounts. A strategic thinker and problem solver, you’re skilled at managing multiple campaigns simultaneously. Key qualities include:

* A proactive, results-driven approach.
* Strong organisational and project management expertise.
* A keen eye for detail and an ability to thrive under pressure.
