Job Title: Interim Home Manager
3-month contract with possibility to extend.
Salary: £400 - £450 per day.
Location: Yorkshire.
We are currently working with a leading care provider who is looking for an Interim Home Manager for one of their care homes in Yorkshire.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Home Manager to step in and support the home in the day-to-day operation of the service. You will be responsible for leading the care/nursing team, ensuring that a safe, effective, and efficient care service is maintained which meets the needs of all residents.
Responsibilities:
1. Lead the care/nursing team with compassion, kindness, and champion the very best care for residents.
2. Develop care plans and conduct auditing.
3. Supervise and support care staff.
4. Communicate professionally with visitors, including family and friends.
Required Skills and Experience:
1. Experience within a similar role, or managing a team.
2. Excellent time management, delegation, and organisational skills.
3. Exceptional listening skills, with compassion and empathy.
4. Able to identify opportunities to build and maintain relationships within the community.
