The Role: As the Head of Digital, you will join Oh Polly’s senior leadership team, guiding digital strategy and collaborating across departments to drive long-term growth. You’ll lead and manage the digital team, overseeing performance, growth, and alignment of all digital channels to ensure we meet ambitious KPIs, optimise spend efficiency, and increase customer retention in key global markets. Key Responsibilities: Digital Strategy Development : Design, lead, and execute a digital-first strategy across key channels (Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest) to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions. Senior Leadership Contribution : Act as a key member of the senior leadership team, contributing to company-wide decisions and aligning the digital strategy with overarching business goals. Team Leadership : Manage, inspire, and develop the digital team, fostering a culture of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and innovation. Retention & CRM : Lead on retention strategies, including email, CRM, and loyalty programs, to improve customer lifetime value and reduce churn. Budget Management : Oversee and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively to meet performance and ROAS targets, balancing growth with profitability. Performance Marketing : Ensure paid media campaigns (search, social, display) are optimized for ROAS, CPC, CTR, and CPA goals, maintaining efficiency across the funnel. Creative Strategy Alignment : Collaborate with the creative and content teams to develop compelling, digital-first creative assets tailored for each platform and audience. Customer Journey Optimization : Identify opportunities to improve the user experience (UX) on all digital touchpoints, including the website and app, and work with UX/UI teams to implement solutions. Data and Analytics : Implement strong analytics frameworks to measure campaign effectiveness, monitor KPIs, and generate insights to improve future performance. Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner closely with product, merchandising, and finance teams to align digital strategy with broader business objectives. Stay Current with Trends : Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends, platform updates, and new technologies to maintain a competitive edge. Skills and Requirements: Experience : Minimum 9 years in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role for a D2C brand, ideally in the fashion or e-commerce sector. Digital Marketing Mastery : Proven expertise across digital channels, with strong knowledge of paid media (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.), email marketing, SEO, CRM, and retention strategies. Analytical Skills : Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar) with the ability to interpret data, analyze KPIs, and drive decisions based on insights. Leadership : Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment. Budget Management : Experience managing and optimizing large digital marketing budgets. Creative Insight : A keen eye for effective creative in digital advertising, with experience collaborating with creative teams. Communication : Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to present digital insights and plans to non-digital stakeholders. What's on offer?
