Are you a dynamic leader ready to take charge and drive excellence? Dunton is on the hunt for a passionate Hub Manager to lead the operations at our brand-new hub in the Midlands.
Location: Midlands (Site-Based)
Reporting To: Hub Works Manager
Your Mission
You’ll be responsible for the safe, efficient, and cost-effective execution of all Hub operations. You’ll not only ensure we meet our targets but exceed them—while continuously improving our processes.
What You’ll Do
️ Lead QHSE Efforts: Be a safety champion and compliance leader.
️ Inspire Teams: Provide clear direction, monitor performance, and foster development.
️ Drive Efficiency: Manage hub activities safely and cost-effectively without compromising on quality.
️ Boost Commercial Performance: Deliver KPIs, manage costs, and interface with our Sales team.
️ Ensure Compliance: Keep everything in line with ISO standards and environmental policies.
What We’re Looking For
Skills & Experience:
· Proven leadership and team-building skills.
· Commercial awareness and a knack for driving innovation.
· At least 2 years of experience in the waste industry.
Essential Qualifications:
· First Aid certified.
· WAMITAB Level 4.
· Full driving license.
Desirable Extras:
SMSTS, Fire Marshall, Environmental Qualifications (SEATS), and more.
