Responsibilities:
1. Overseeing the restaurant’s operations.
2. Managing hospitality staff.
3. Ensuring financial and performance targets are met.
4. Implementing service training.
5. Managing the restaurant’s opening and closing procedures.
6. Collaborating with the Howard Assembly Room’s operational teams.
