Home Carer – Alcedo Care – Full or Part Time – Wrexham
Are you passionate about making a positive difference in people's lives? Do you have a caring nature and a desire to support individuals in their own homes?
Join our team of Home Carers in Wrexham (including Wrexham, Whitchurch, Chirk, Penley, Rossett, and more) to help provide care and assist people in their own homes.
This role will include:
* Providing personal care (including bathing, dressing, toileting)
* Supporting clients with mobility and transfers, using appropriate equipment and techniques
* Administering and documenting medication
* Documenting care activities and reporting any changes in conditions to our branch teams.
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential for this role.
Qualifications:
* NVQ Level 2 or NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care preferred, but not essential
* No experience necessary – full training provided
