Description
Key responisbilities of the Accounts Assistant are;
Supporting the finance team in maintaining accurate financial records
Assisting with month-end close processes and reporting
Preparing and posting journal entries
Carrying out bank reconciliations
Processing accounts payable and receivable
Assisting with budget preparation and financial planning
Maintaining an organised system of accounting records
Performing other tasks as assigned by the finance departmentProfile
A successful Accounts Assistant should have:
A degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail
Proficiency with accounting software
Strong understanding of accounting and financial principles
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Excellent communication and organisational skills
