What skills and experience we're looking for
St Paul’s is a unique place that bases all it does around the school, its pupils and families. As a school, we have high expectations and aspirations for all our pupils to ensure an effective learning experience and the highest possible outcomes that will prepare and enhance our pupils for their next journey and beyond. Our Christian values, ‘Trust’, ‘Love’ and ‘Compassion’ and ‘Respect’ underpin all that we do in our school.
Our newly established vision, ‘Do everything in love,’ also recognises the importance of celebrating everyone who learns and works here and the need to work collaboratively and inclusively in the diverse cultural world that we live in.
