Job summary The Support Services Coordinator provides the first tier management function for the management and delivery of Soft FM (Facilities Management) Support Services within their assigned sites, coordinating the delivery of Hotel Services and acting as first line management of the local Staff team. (For clarification Soft FM Services cover Portering, Catering and Domestic service functions). Main duties of the job The Support Services Coordinator will work closely with Hospital Clinical and Administration site based teams and when required, relevant PTHB work and governance groups to provide and maintain a high standard of patient-focus Soft FM Services. Postholder primary service delivery responsibilities include: The delivery of a quality Catering service for Patients, Staff and Visitors maintaining high standards and emphasis on Safety, Compliance, Budget and affordability, Waste Management and Customer Service The delivery of quality Portering Services with high standards and emphasis on Safety, Compliance, Budget and affordability and Customer Service. The delivery of an effective Domestic Cleaning service across the sites with high standards and emphasis on Safety, Compliance with local and national standards, Budget and affordability and Customer Service.
