They have expanded their facility in Coatbridge and added state of the art technology to their manufacturing set up… and are still growing, so additional support is required Duties Include: Coordinate Office Activities : Ensure efficient operations by managing schedules, meetings, and appointments. Handle Correspondence: Manage emails, letters, calls, and other forms of communication. Support Bookkeeping and Budgeting : Assist finance with, invoicing, and budget tracking. Maintain Office Supplies: Track inventory and order supplies to avoid interruptions. Database Management : Create and update records Customer Service : Provide support to both internal and external customers, addressing enquiries and resolving issues. Assist with HR Tasks : Help with onboarding, maintaining personnel records and leavers Prepare Reports and Presentations: Compile necessary reports and presentations. Facility Management: Ensure the office environment is well-maintained and coordinate repairs and maintenance as needed. Support Team Members : Assist colleagues with tasks to improve overall performance. These duties help ensure the smooth operation of the office and support the company's design, manufacturing, and installation processes. Person Profile Qualifications: Proven experience in office administration and familiarity with office management procedures. Skills: Proficient in MS Office and office management software; excellent communication and organisational skills. Attention to Detail: Meticulous in maintaining records and managing office supplies. Customer Service: Strong customer service skills, capable of addressing enquiries and resolving issues. Multitasking: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
