Site Services Manager Alexander Steele is recruiting a site services manager to join a leading FMCG manufacturing business based in Buckinghamshire. The successful candidate will be responsible for the managing the site service team, engineering stores, facilities projects and all aspects of site and engineering compliance. Responsibilities: Managing a team of up to 9 engineering personnel across a variety of disciplines. Ensure the infrastructure of both the internal and external building and grounds are well maintained and in good state of repair daily Understanding of engineering and operational KPI’s and be able to identify areas for improvement. Maintain and update all Compliance documentation Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance efficiency, safety, and product quality. Background Experience: HNC, HND or degree in electrical, or related engineering field. 6 years of experience in a similar role within a similar fmcg manufacturing environment. NEBOSH or IOSH Excellent ability to communicate with stakeholders across various levels. Strong organisational skills and an exceptional attention to detail.
