Our core hours are 40 per week (Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm). If there is a problem with a wind turbine at the end of your shift, you may be asked to stay and work overtime to get it fixed! We also need our Service Technicians to be available for any breakdowns and faults at the weekend; therefore, you will work on-call every 2nd or 3rd weekend (depending on the size of your team). Overtime is paid at time and a half, and you will receive an additional payment for the weekend you are on-call.
