We are looking to recruit an experienced VRS registered RICS Surveyor in Chester/North Wales to help us shape the future of the residential surveying industry.

You will participate in face-to-face induction sessions where you meet trainers, stakeholders, and fellow surveyors. You will receive comprehensive training designed to equip you with the necessary knowledge and skills, supported by access to advanced IT systems to enable you to perform your role effectively.
Qualifying Criteria for a Surveyor
* Assoc RICS, MRICS, or FRICS
* Registered Valuer with RICS or eligible
* Post-qualification experience in buy-to-let, leasehold, and HMO is preferred but not essential
Key Responsibilities of a Surveyor
* Undertaking lender and private valuation work and Level 2 surveys
* Possessing detailed knowledge of building construction and pathology
* Maintaining strong risk awareness within a regulatory environment
