The Role
Job Overview:
As a Marketing Manager at Addland, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our brand within the B2B space, focusing primarily on residential estate agents. The role requires a versatile individual who can take charge of all aspects of marketing, from strategy and execution to creative development. You will have the opportunity to lead the charge on a major rebrand of the business in 2025. We are looking for someone with strong experience in brand strategy, marketing communications, and digital marketing.
This is a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves position with no direct reports, so the ideal candidate will be a proactive, self-starter who is comfortable managing multiple projects independently. Key Responsibilities:
1. B2B Marketing Strategy & Execution:
o Develop and execute comprehensive B2B marketing strategies to drive awareness and engagement with residential estate agents.
o Create and manage campaigns that increase Addland’s visibility and lead generation within the property sector.
o Identify and target key decision-makers in the real estate market, including residential estate agents, architects, and other property professionals.
o Measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, making data-driven adjustments as needed to improve ROI.
2. Brand Development & Rebrand (2025):
o Lead the rebranding project in 2025, working closely with internal teams and external agencies to define and execute a refreshed brand identity.
o Ensure that the new brand comms aligns with Addland’s mission, values, and business goals, resonating with our target audience.
o Oversee the development of all brand collateral, including website, social media profiles, marketing materials, and more.
3. Content Creation & Management:
o Create high-quality, engaging content that speaks directly to our B2B audience, including blog posts, case studies, email campaigns, and whitepapers.
o Manage and maintain Addland’s social media channels to ensure consistent messaging and engagement with our target market.
o Develop content calendars to ensure regular and relevant communication across all marketing channels.
4. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation:
o Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including paid media, SEO, email marketing, and PPC.
o Work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives, driving qualified leads and opportunities.
o Optimise digital touchpoints, including the website and landing pages, to improve user experience and conversion rates.
5. Event Marketing & Industry Engagement:
o Plan and execute marketing initiatives for industry events, webinars, and conferences.
o Engage with key industry players, partners, and influencers to foster brand partnerships and collaborations.
6. Analytics & Reporting:
o Track and analyse key marketing metrics to measure success and report on progress against KPIs.
o Use insights to refine marketing strategies and ensure continual performance improvement.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Proven Marketing Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in a B2B marketing role, preferably within the real estate or property technology industry. Experience working with residential estate agents is highly desirable.
* Brand Strategy: Strong understanding of brand strategy and experience in leading or contributing to a rebranding process.
* Hands-On Approach: Comfortable working independently and managing a diverse range of marketing tasks without direct reports. Must be willing to roll up your sleeves and execute at all levels.
* Content Creation: Excellent writing skills with experience creating compelling content for a variety of channels and formats, including digital, social, and print.
* Digital Marketing Expertise: Proven ability to manage and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, email, etc.) and use tools like Google Analytics, or similar platforms to track performance and optimise strategies.
* Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to analyse marketing data, extract insights, and make data-driven decisions to improve performance.
* Project Management: Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Creative & Strategic Thinking: A balance of creativity and strategic thinking, with a passion for growing and enhancing the brand.
